What is going on in our world?
Banks are failing, our borders are being invaded, our government is crazy with our debt, our constitution and our rights. The time is now for you to take control over your own family and your own security. Food security is a big one. We are here for you.
We saw the writing on the wall many years ago, so we decided to change our lives completely. We moved to the country so we could be more self-sufficient and raise our own food. Not everyone can do this, we understand. It was hard for us! If you are unable to move or raise animals, you can count on us. We raise animals in the most natural way possible and make them available to you in small quantities and large. We teach you how to prepare different cuts and how to store your meats long term. Subscribe to our YouTube channel to follow along. More videos added as we can.
The Lamb is restocked on the website.
I will be delivering the The Messianic Jewish Community Center on March 29th and every 4th Wednesday going forward. Please place your orders as early as possible. Deadline is 24 hours prior to delivery. For all other deliveries, once you place your order, I will contact you to arrange delivery. If the order is going to EC, please put that in the notes.
I really need to get my garden started! I hope your growing one too even if it’s small. I am not going to go crazy on it like we did a number of years ago. I am just going to plant things that we’ll use or that I can store easily. That will give me plenty of video material to show you how we do it. One year, we planted about 10 zucchini plants. That was a mistake! we had it coming out our ???? Did you know that zucchini is hard to store. If you can it, it becomes mushy. Same with freezing it. I think you can freeze dry it but I’m not sure. We will only have one or two of them. Needless to say, I don’t think we’ll be growing any veggies to sell. We already have our hands full with animals.
Well this newsletter is short and sweet. Thank you all for supporting us and eating well.
I am soooo looking forward to Spring!
