Lamb is restocked!
Just a quick update. Yesterday, after morning chores, I ran to the processor and picked up the lamb. I put all the boxes in the freezer and then enjoyed the solar eclipse. After totality, I was able to inventory everything and add it to the website. It’s a very tedious process indeed. We currently have lots of lamb and some new cuts as well, just in time for Passover. The total solar eclipse was absolutely awesome! The heavens declare the glory of God!
Later that evening…
The heavens opened up with a severe thunderstorm, strong winds, quarter size hail, and lots and lots of rain. Our dogs were beside themselves, which made for a very long evening. Thankfully, I don’t see any damage this morning and all the livestock are well. We are expecting more storms today.

New Lamb Cuts Available
Is your meat kosher slaughtered?
It is not. We have walked through the facility and know how they process the animal, and we are satisfied of them completely bleeding them out, but it is not certified kosher. I called that biblically kosher, but not rabbinically kosher.
